About Us

Union County Library System

Established in 1934, the Union County Library System serves the cities of New Albany and Myrtle, Mississippi.  It is comprised of a headquarters library at New Albany and one branch in Myrtle.

Who Are We

The Union County Library has two branches.  Headquarters is the Jennie Stephens Smith Library in New Albany, Mississippi with one branch, The Nance McNeely Library,  in Myrtle, Mississippi.

Library Services

Copy & Fax, Meeting Room available for public use, Interlibrary Loan, Public Computer Access, Free Public WiFi Access, many online services, bicycles, WiFi Hot Spots, a Micro Library and more!
